Return & Refund Policy

Food safety first

As our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. This protects the safety of every customer.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email contact.maatike@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace the item or refund the affected products.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they're dispatched. Once shipped, an order can't be cancelled.
